GINTHER HOLDS PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS OUTDOOR PATIO PERMITS

Columbus City Councilmember Andrew J. Ginther, Chair of the Development Committee, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers to discuss legislation on a proposed City Code change that will require businesses with outdoor patios located within 125 feet of residentially zoned property to obtain a special permit from the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA).
